The Silver Leaf Matbox™ in Silver is a set of placemats, double coasters and serving mats for a table setting of eight. The set comprises over 600 pieces of individual genuine Silver Leaf, which are applied to the base board with eleven layers of clear lacquer applied subsequently, and hand polished between every layer to a gleaming resistant end-finish. The individual placemats, serving mats and double coasters (perfectly suited for wine and water glasses side-by-side) are housed in a sturdy clear display box, made of the highest grade of acrylic, the whole unit itself making a statement design piece.
