The Story

The Maria Theresa is a chandelier of sumptuous curves and shimmering crystal pendalogues. This chandelier illuminated the majestic coronation of Maria Theresa in 1743, who is said to have fallen in love only twice in her life, first with her husband, Francis I, and secondly with this mesmerizing chandelier. Found at Prague Castle and the Schönbrunn Palace, amongst others, this is a truly regal light piece.
