The Phillips stool has its denomination inspired by the cross-screw, popularly known as Phillips. This is a good-natured re-reading of the piano seats that can also be used as a side table. Young Brazilian designer Jader Almeida has received a number of international accolades, including the prestigious iF Design Award in 2011. The designer’s timeless furniture pieces blend Modernist influences with his Brazilian heritage.
