Like pouring over the antique charts of old world astronomers, the handsome, heavily aged fossilized wood on the surface of this table is endlessly fascinating. Made from veneered sections of sliced petrified wood, the fossils come from tress submerged in water which have literally turned to stone due to the minerals replacing the organic matter, over a period of millions of years.
