Charlie Chic 1950s Distressed Steel Cupboard

Vintage reclaimed urban industrial chic 1950s stripped down and distressed bare steel coat cupboard or wardrobe with brass handles. It has a great industrial look to it with amazing patina on the hardware only achieved with time and use. It's very heavy duty and would add an amazing industrial look to your space. The inside of the cupboard is not stripped so this still shows the original black enamel paint as well as signs of wear, we did strip the back of this unit, but left it rusty and then sealed with clear lacquer so it won't spread or come off. There are a few tiny dents and scratches and in these recesses, some of the paint still remains this gives an authentic look and character. We've finished all of the exterior steelwork with clear wax so you can be sure that it will stay looking just as it is and not rust.
