Delivery and Returns

We’re in the business of serving you and we put great emphasis on customer support. If you have any queries about our policies, the status of your order, or just want to get in touch with us to know more about our services, there are various ways in which you can contact us.

  1. Order confirmation and Deliveries

    The Delivery price will vary depending on the products. An approximate product delivery price will be reflected on the ‘Product Description’ page and your total shipping price will clearly be stated at checkout. Please note that an additional charge may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention.

    During our checkout process, our order summary allows you to check and amend any errors before confirming your order to us. Please take the time to check your order and the delivery address. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

    We will send you an ‘Order Confirmation Email’ containing your order reference number as an acknowledgement and with all the information associated with the order. The contract between You, Us and the Designer is only confirmed when we send you this email to confirm your order

    If you do not receive this email or want to update your order or contact details, please contact us immediately. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in the ‘Order Confirmation Email, do not form part of that order.

    Your nominated payment method is then charged for the whole amount of the order.

    We shall, under no circumstances, be held liable for any losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or for loss of profits, damage or property or wasted expenditure howsoever arising.

    In the event that your order(s) is delayed for any reasons, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.

    If the delivery is unsuccessful because you are not at the place of delivery at the agreed time, you may be re-charged the cost of delivery depending on the specific type of courier utilised.

    Due to the large number of Products listed on our Website, it might be possible that the product is incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts to avoid such errors. We are under no obligation to deliver the Product to you at the incorrect price, even after we have sent you an ‘Order Confirmation Email’. In the event that we identify a pricing error, you will be notified of the change and offered a refund where appropriate.

    If the delivered package is damaged on the outside, please notify the delivery (courier) personnel and write it on the delivery slip, such damaged items should be rejected immediately

    We request you to open and check the delivered products before signing the delivery form to ensure that your delivered products have arrived in a perfect condition

  2. Please note that we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Should you have any questions or comments or would like to notify us for a change in your contact details or any other special requirements, please contact us immediately.

  3. Return Policy

    Our team will work very hard to get your order ready. In the event that you change your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us immediately for an order cancellation and refund

    "Made to Order" items can only be cancelled if done within 48 hours after placing the order. Any cancellations after 48 hours will not be accepted or may incur a cancellation fees

We are sure that you will love your purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied and wish to return the product(s), for products not “Made to order”, please notify us within 14 days from the day of delivery via telephone on 02066788900 or by email on ; “Made to Order” products cannot be returned.

    Our standard 14 days return policy does not apply to products that fall under the following categories:

    All products “Made to Order”

    Goods that have been customised to a customer’s specification

    Self assembly furniture that has been partially or fully assembled

    We will email you details of the return address. You are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us and bear any associated cost. Product(s) will need to be sent within 14 days from the receipt of the shipping details

    You are advised to utilise a postage/courier method, which provides a proof of delivery. Proof of postage alone will not be sufficient to show that the item has been received by us.

    You will be entitled to a refund of returning product(s) provided they are in their original packaging, unused state and are re-saleable. Please ensure that returning product(s) are packed and labelled (provided with by Us) carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. We will not be liable for any product(s) damaged in transit

    Upon receiving the product, we will refund the product cost excluding any delivery charges

    For heavier items, we may make arrangements for collection of the returning product(s) by our courier company and charge you a ‘collection charge’. You will be refunded the full product amount, excluding the delivery and collection charges. To get more information regarding the collection process and charges, please contact our customer care team.

  6. Damaged Items

    We take all precautions to ensure the products are delivered in perfect condition. We request you to open and check the delivered products before signing the delivery form. If the delivered item(s) do not match your order or are damaged, please contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery to discuss a refund, repair or replacement. We will ask you to send us a photo of any damages for our records so we can take appropriate action

    Should your complaint be valid, we will replace / repair the damaged goods at no extra charge if notified within 2 days from the date of delivery; Should a refund be requested we will process the payment as soon as we have received the returning product(s)

    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights
